Sale Agreements

To purchase a vehicle, visit our dealership in person to view the vehicle, negotiate final pricing/trade-in value, test drive as required, and execute a signed purchase agreement. Ownership and risk are transferred on agreement signing. Purchase agreements may not generally be cancelled except in exceptional circumstances under applicable laws.

Warranties and Liability

We accept no liability for errors, omissions, loss or damages resulting from the use of, or reliance on, any content. Vehicle condition and mileage must be verified by the buyer before the purchase agreement signing.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to provide excellent customer service. Any complaints will follow a standard procedure as outlined on our website or available upon request. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal.
